All items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
All returned items must be accompanied with the return form that came with the delivery (or you download a blank one here and complete the details). Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags attached in its original packaging.
Please note that you can re-use the bag the items were sent in for the return.
If you wish to return an item, you will be refunded the total amount excluding shipment costs. Please note that you are responsible for your own shipment costs when returning an item.
We cannot be held responsible or compensate for packages lost in the return shipping. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Remember to keep your postage receipt.
We will make the refund as soon as the returned items have been received and undergone a quality control. Please note in busy periods, refunds can take up to 30 days to show in your account.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund in the 48 hours after your refund email is received, check with your bank or paypal accounts.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
